NRP prototype for the future
This is a new prototype of a Harley 1200S Sportster that we built, showing a before and after pictures of the bike. We are hoping to offer a bike build service in the future, whereby a customer supplies a donor bike and we manufacture the parts necessary to create this cafe racer. The customer supplies the bike, and when they pick it up, it's completed ready to ride away. The petrol tank, seat, bracketry, rearsets, stainless front pipes, clock carrier, velocity stack, wiring mods, cable mods, polishing and everything else is carried out here at NRP.
Rob from England
This is Rob's Dresda Triton. We worked closely with Rob on this project, we supplied and manufactured a huge amount of parts for this bike, including a WNA 4 DTPL 4 gallon tank, NRP 1005 PLB oil tank with oil level tube and drain bung, NRP 0-0319 seat unit with upholstery, fitting kits for the tanks and seat unit, we welded in a NRP 0-0095 loop with battery box and electrics plate, engine plates, Short Roadholders with K-tech internals, NRP 0-0200 K-tech rear shocks, NRP 0-0254 alloy top yoke with handle bar risers, alloy bottom yoke, senior bars, NRP 0-0303 TC Triton twin clock carriers, Smiths electronic clocks, wheels, tyres, and the list goes on..... Rob made such a good job of this bike, he won best 'Triton cafe racer' at the International Stafford bike show this year 2024, it also featured in the CafeRacer magazine. Many congradulations Rob on a lovely build.

One of our very satisfied English customers (his words), who wishes to remain anonymous
I love this bike, it is soooo cool!
Our customer wanted a special bespoke set of parts made for his Norvin. The 4 gallon tank had special cutaway pockets for the carbs, as he had two front heads on the engine. The oil tank was very involved as it forms part of the lower mudguard, with a cutaway for the velocity stack on the rear head. We had to manufacture a one off rubber mounting system for the oil tank with a support platform as well for the underside of the oil tank. A short stubby mudguard with a battery box was also fabricated to allow one of our Yuasa gel batteries to be fitted underneath the seat hump. A special rubber mounted system was also made for the stubby mudguard along with bracketry that was welded to the frame. The seat is one of our Wideline "Thruxton" seats, the seat pan was shortened at the customers request. One of our NRP 318 MT tank straps was used along with the NRP 318 TS tanks stops to secure the tank along with frame rubbers. A host of other parts i.e. filter bolt, banjo etc, etc were supplied to complete his order. For us to carry out this work, we needed the bike in the workshop to make sure everything fitted correctly. Our customer built the bike and what a smashing job he made :-)

Nigel from Indiana, USA
This is Nigel's T120 racing bike. We made Nigel an NRP 1005P oil tank along with the fitting kit NRP 0-0013R, along with the NRP 0-001 oil tank platform. Nigel also took the filter bolt, banjo and sealing washers. We also made him an NRP 316 ST tank strap assembly and NRP 318 TS tank stops to complete his build. He first bought this bike in race form (looking a lot different from this) in 1968, and in his own words "I've finally finished it!!" Great job mate, it looks rapid sat still. May many race wins come your way.
Kev from Derbyshire, England
This is Kev's cracking T120 Atlas. We made him the first NRP 0-0147 seat unit with upholstery, and fitting kit NRP 0-0148. We also modified his oil tank which he bought from us some time ago, to fit under the seat with no cutaway (We will be adding an oil tank to our range to go with this seat very soon). We added a drain bung and an NRP 0-0153 remote drain block and a NRP 0-0127 oil level tube so that he can check his oil level without having to remove the seat. We also supplied an NRP 0-002 platform to suit the remote drain block from the oil tank. Other parts include one of our rear Slimline battery loops with electrics mounting plate NRP 0-0022 and a Yuasa YTR4-BS gel battery, along with a NRP 001162 battery loom and a NRP 001152 charge lead. Kev bought a host of parts from of us, to many to mention here, to build this bike - and what a cracking job he made of it.
Well done Kev!
Hi Kev, Carol
Just a few pictures of first fit, just some fine adjustments to make, finish the wiring and clean the fingerprints off!
Thanks for your help, it's a nice job you made.
Best regards Kev.

Stuart Carr from 'oop north' (Yorkshire, England)
Stuart's T110 Slimline.
Stuart is one of our more senior customers who doesn't do emails, but is quite a character, and we enjoyed talking to him on the phone. He was the first customer to have our new alloy rearsets NRP 0-0080 and liaised with us and helped us with good feedback to get the design right. Stuart also had a 1001 P oil tank, 0-001 oil tank platform, 316 ST tank strap for another bike.

Richard Garrett from USA
This is Richard's 500 Matchless in a Slimline frame. As you can see, it has disc brakes front and rear, Richard had a host of parts from us to complete his build. A 2.5 gallon 'Thruxton Bad Boy' petrol tank, a NRP 1001 Oil Tank, with fitting kits, taps and filters etc, as well as fork sliders, footrest mountings, & a 34mm Amal concentric MKII carburettor and other parts too many to mention to complete the job. As you can see it's a cracking piece of work.
Dear Mr Bishop
The petrol tank arrived from the painters.
The shop assembling "Bitsa" is some 1375 km from my residence (although only 100 km from my former residence so the shop was known to me), hence some back and forth via email rather than photographing it myself. Needless to say, I am most pleased with the petrol tank and oil tank ! Thank you for your craftsmanship.
Best Regards,
Rich Garrett

Bob Anderson from USA - Slimline Loop
Bob had one of our rear loops with battery box with electrics mounting plate, rear mudguard and light unit. We made him a 2.5 gallon tank, oil tank and seat unit, just waiting for the build to finish.
Kevin and Carol,
It didn't take long this morning to get everything fit up. The mounting kits are straight forward and well put together, I am not much of a photographer and the basement workshop is cluttered with projects but I will continue to send you pictures as the build progresses.

Simon's NORBSA From London, England
This is Simon's NorBsa from London. It was built using a 1956 Road Wideline frame with a BSA A10 twin engine. Simon used our WNA 3 P Gas Tank along with our NRP 318 MT Stainless Tank Strap & Toggle assembly and a set of NRP 318 TS Tank Stops to mount the fuel tank. He also used one of our NRP 1005 P Road Wideline Oil Tanks, NRP 0-0013R Oil Tank Fitting Kits, Oil Filter Bolt NRP 061159F, Banjo NRP 062207 & Sealing washers NRP 042065 to fit the oil tank hassle free. We also supplied other parts from the shelf to further help his build. A stunning authentic bike, nice job Simon.
Andrew Jarrett - Australia
Andrew built this awesome Norton Dommie Café Racer with one of our
polished WNA 3 P petrol tanks with an NRP 316 ST stainless tank strap and toggle assemblies along with our NRP 318 TS tank stops. The seat is one of our NRP 118 WMA Monza battery/seat units, which was supplied with an NRP 001162 battery wiring loom and an NRP 001152 charge lead assembly. The Oil tank is an NRP 1005P Road Wideline type. All these items were supplied with their respective fitting kits for ease of fitting. Andrew used a number of other parts from us including the alloy mudguards and genuine Norton Spares to complete his build.
Slimline Triton from OZ
My customer from Brisbane Australia built this edgy, stripped down looking Triton using one of our polished SNA 3 P bolt on petrol tanks with a NRP 111 SMA Manx seat unit. The rear light and number plate have been mounted under the seat hump giving it a real race bike look - fabulous, uncluttered and lean.
Hi Kevin,
I hope you like the look of the bike. As mentioned, I tried to keep it simple - including the upholstery which was done by a guy here in Brisbane. The rear including light and number plate might not be completely legal, however I didn't want the law to get in the way of the perfect lines of that beautiful seat & tank. The parts fitted like a glove and were an absolute pleasure to work with - even though I had to mount the seat using a second set of clamps since the the bar which the brass clamps usually attach to had been removed.
Thanks again & best regards,

Marcus Bisson
Marcus, a Jersey born rider, has enjoyed an illustrious racing career both in the Channel Islands and as a professional speedway rider for Weymouth and Poole. He has also competed at the highest level on the UK grasstrack scene as well as European Longtrack events. In 2013 he narrowly missed out on a semi final position due to an engine failure in his first visit to the Marianske Lazne Czech Longtrack meeting in May, finishing an equal 10th place. A former two times British Sand Champion, and in 1983 British Best Pairs grasstrack champion, Marcus decided to return to track racing in 2012 after a lengthy lay off.
In 2012 Marcus was runner up to Danny Warwick at the Condor Ferries British Sand Ace Final in Guernsey, beating the hard charging Mitch Godden into third place. This was only the fourth meeting that Marcus had ridden in since his retirement some 20 years ago.
NRP are proud to sponsor Marcus and wish him all the best for the remainder of the 2013 season, and many more seasons to come.
